Christmas day

On December 21, We had Christmas party. We had party in the house of my friend of Maho. I cooked  fried potato and an omelet. Ayaka baked a gyoza and brought it. Yuki cooked salad. Saki bought salad. We ate those dishes together. Those dishes were very delicious. The dish to eat with my friend is delicious. After that, we enjoyed it to see DVD. The DVD which we watched was Frozen. Do you know Olaf? Olaf is a character of the snowmen appear to Frozen. Olaf is very gentle and interesting snowman. I like Olaf. I spent very happy time. I never forget party of December 21. I want to have Christmas party next year with my friends.

I am concerned about the issue of American gun. I heard that kids use guns in the United States. It is difficult for me to imagine such situation. The miserable accidents with the gun occur frequently in the United States. As for me, it is very sad. There is a pro and con about the problem that children have guns toward. I object about children having guns. A sad accident did not happen without a gun. We should think about the issue of American gun more.

Eighth President of the US is Woodrow Wilson

I studied about Woodrow Wilson in other class. So, I explain Woodrow Wilson.

Woodrow Wilson is the oldest son of his four siblings. Woodrow Wilson was born in commonwealth of Virginia on December 28, 1956. He was the child who first baby boy of the Wilson house, so he was much loved with his family. He was the luckiest boy in the world. He was already eleven years old, but he able not read and write. He was Dyslexia. However he learned shorthand himself rapidly! I wandered at his the condition of being intelligent and clever. I thought he was a gifted child. As he grew up, he showed his talent. He has never been because he did well study. But he believes that he is the child of God and his fateful is that be involve take up politics. He is greatly influenced by William Ewart Gladstone. So he decided to go to school to study political science. He was little strange or different. And then, Mt. Woodrow Wilson made many friends. He was almost not in house. Twenty years later, at last his dream came true!! He became Eighth President of the US. He deserves to be President.

My wonderful day

The best day of my life is every day. I can’t choose it. My daily life surrounded wonderful day. Of course it is not only a pleasant day. However, happy days and sad days are irreplaceable my life.

College life pleases me. Take a class, go for a part-time job after school, play with my friends, these all expands my daily life. I went to Kagoshima last year. When I went to there, I watched eruption of Sakurajima. I went to the aquarium of Kagoshima. There were many sea lives there. Then, I watched Chinanago (Japanese spaniel sea eel?). It was very cute! After that, I enjoyed the dolphin show. The dolphins were cool. I did a barbecue at night. The trip to Kagoshima gave me a very pleasant memory for me.

In last winter, I went to Fukuoka to watch illuminations with my friends. It was take four hours by car to Fukuoka, but the illuminations of Fukuoka were very beautiful. I took many photographs and ate Hakata ramen. It’s taste was very good!!

I went to Aso in this spring. I went to “forest of spirit” of Aso Farm Land. There are many interesting attractions. I played a lot and was tired but enjoyed. We cooked Nabe and ate it with my friends at night.

Recently, I went to port in Kumamoto. I could not see the sea because I went at midnight. There were many ships. There was board to get in a ship on the sea. We walked over the board. There was sea under the board. We fell into the midnight sea as expected!! The seawater was very cold!! When I fell into the sea, I cut my foot!! My friend lost a mobile phone at the bottom of the sea!! We will not forget the day.

My daily life cannot expect what happens. Therefor every day is wonderful.

My favorite New Year's Eve

Every year, I spend New Year's Eve with friends when we were high school student. They were managers of my club activities when we were high school student. I look forward to making seeing the old year out with them every year. However, they are not in Kumamoto this year when we have seeing the old year out. It is very sad for me. After having done seeing the old year out, we go for a New Year's visit to a Shinto shrine every year. We draw Omikuji. Last year, result of my omikuji was tyu-kichi. I want to draw daikichi of omikuji. I do not know what I should do when I do seeing the old year out this year. I want to watch Kohaku of TV program with them this year.  I ray for their coming back to Kumamoto until we have seeing the old year out this year.

My favorite model

My favorite model is Laura. She is a fashion model in Japan. She is from Tokyo and she is a Russian quarter. She is a fashion model however she often appears on television. Laura works as a talent and a fashion model now. I love the program which she appears. She appears to a fashion magazine named ViVi. I buy the magazine every month. She is very cute! She always laughs. She is not good at speaking an honorific expression used to show respect to the person addressed. Therefore she became a famous talent in Japan and she is loved by people. She is honest. It is hard for her to tell a lie. She just talks about having thought honestly. She is not a double-face person. She attends everybody equally. Therefore I like her very much. I respect her personality. I want to become a person with personality like Laura.

We went to shopping.

Meteor shower

I went to the sea in Amakusa to see the meteor shower after a part-time job today. I saw many shooting stars. This is the first time that I saw so many shooting stars in my life. The sea breeze was very cold. However, the starlit sky was very beautiful.  I thank for Yutaka  whome drove a car.  I went there with Yutaka, Mistuki and Hamamon. They are my important people. I like them. I want to go to the sea to see a meteor shower with them again.

Crazy Restaurant

We made a restaurant in the imagination in speaking class. The name of the restaurant is Crazy Restaurant! There is strange  meat in our restaurant. For example, there are steak of a crocodile, a gorilla, a kangaroo and a buffalo.  Crocodile leg's meat similar to chicken leg. It have a lot of collagen. The meat of the kangaroo is very tender. Kangaroo steak is recommended for a children and old people. Gorilla steak are spicy. There is the salad in our restaurant for the vegetarian. How about cactus salad? MR1-05 Romeo and Juliet

  That was my first time to watch the movie “Romeo and Juliet” Romeo and Juliet are very romantic. Romeo fell in love with her at first sight. I understood his action. Juliet is very beautiful and a gentle woman. Romeo said “It pains me because Juliet is too beautiful” in the movie. And Romeo said “If love with Juliet does not come true, I may die” too. I respect him because he says such a thing. Juliet says romantic things to Romeo, as well. She said “Oh, Romeo. Why are you Romeo? Why are you Romeo who is a person of Montague. Even if you change your name, the rose is a fragrance of the rose”
  I know the literary work of William Shakespeare. There is a lot of literary work of William Shakespeare. For example, there are “Romeo and Juliet” and “Hamlet” I studied Hamlet in another class. Hamlet is a story of the tragedy in the country of Denmark. The uncle of prince Hamlet murdered Hamlet’s father. And the uncle of prince Hamlet married Hamlet’s mother. I think Hamlet is very poor. Hamlet retaliates against his uncle. That is Hamlet.

 The story of “Romeo and Juliet” resembles “Hamlet” closely. The ending of these stories is very sad. One day, Romeo murders Tibalt who is a Capulet. Romeo was punished. On the other hand, Juliet will be forced to marry Paris. Juliet said “It would be better that I died if I marry Paris” Juliet awfully grieves by the decision and consulted with Father about this problem. I was surprised by what Father suggested to Juliet. He heard that Juliet died, and Romeo killed himself. However, Juliet did not die! Romeo was dead next to her at the time when Juliet woke up! What very sad story it is!! Juliet looked at dead Romeo, and Juliet killed herself, too. I have not seen the story of such a sad ending so far. William Shakespeare is a genius bringing about tragedy.

Tabarazaka.

Mum and Biff said to Floppy "Stay Floppy" during they go to the toilet. However, Floppy could not stay! He saw a cat! He chased it! Floppy run around in a market. Floppy run and run after a cut! Can you imagine what happen after this? The cat jumped over the oranges. Of couse Floppy jumped over the oranges. The cat jumped over some plates.  Floppy jumped over  some plates. Tha market was in a mess.

Amsterdam

Today, I introduce about Amsterdam. Do you know Amsterdam? Amsterdam is the largest city of the kingdom of the Netherlands. The kingdom of the Netherlands is Holland. There is  flag of the basic local government. Amsterdam is capital city of the kingdom of the Netherlands. Next, long time ago, Amsterdam was a coastal small village. People built the dam in the river mouth, and a town was established. The people of the Amsterdam have a custom to ride a bicycle well. Population of Amsterdam is 820654 and population density is 3506/km. Stamppot is traditional dish of the kingdom of the Netherlands. Stamppot's look like  mash potato. My favorite book “Prince of the star”

My favorite book is “Prince of the star”. This book was written by Antoine Marie Jean-Baptiste Roger de Saint-Exupéry. This book taught an important thing for me. A prince lived in the small star like a  house.  There were  three volcanoes,  baobab and one rose on the small star. The prince loved one rose. However, he quarrels with a rose and leaves the star. And  then the prince meets slightly strange adults. Finally the prince visits the earth. The prince knows the sad fact on the earth. When he looked at a big volcano of the earth and many roses, he grieved in his three volcano and a rose of his star are not special. However, the fox which a prince encountered in desert said to a prince.  Fox said “The important thing is invisible”.  The rose is special for a prince even if there are a lot of roses. This book taught me that people forgot when people became an adult.

My favorite comic “Chichiko-gusa”

I introduce my favorite comic. The name of the comic is “Chichiko-gusa”. Do you know this? The story of this comic is on the stage of old Japan. The story of this comic is about father and his child. Name of father is Torakichi and name of his child is Shiro. Shiro is 4 years old. Torakichi sells medicine and lives. In old Japan, it is hard to sell medicine with a small child like Shiro. However  Torakichi  never stops selling medicine with Shiro. Because mother is not in Shiro. His mother died. Torakichi does not want to make Shiro sad. Torakichi does not want to make Shiro cry. Live concert of C&K

In November 22th and 23th, we went to Tosu Outlet mall in Saga and Malin Messe in Fukuoka.  We went there to see a live concert of C&K. The live concert of C&K is the first experience in my life. We bought a lot of clothes and shoes in Tosu  outlet mall on 22th. I can buy expensive clothes and shoes very cheaply there. We went from the outlet mall to Fukuoka on 23th. It was from 5:00 p.m. that a live concert of C&K begins. Therefore we had time till then. So we decided to look after a championship parade of Hawks. There were a lot of famous baseball players in the parade. We waited on the street with the parade for three hours to meet the baseball player. The parade excited me very much. I think that it was good to wait for three hours. We went to the Malin Messe at 4:00 p.m.. A long-awaited first live concert began. It excited me very verymuch. I saw C&K for the first time. I do not forget this live concert throughout the life. I want to go to the live concert of C&K again if I have free time. I am completely their fan. We returned to Kumamoto by car after the live concert. I was tired however I was very happy.

Imoto eats a cockroach…She does not likes a snake. She always makes me laugh so I like her. Daisuke Miyagawa aften goes to Thailand. Last Sunday, He went to Thailand and he played boxing. However, this boxing is different from the normal boxing. Daisuke Miyagawa had to play boxing covered his eyes with cloth. He was not able to win the championship at a festival of the boxing but he made me laugh. He is my favorite person too.

They walked over to the crowd that was standing on a dock looking at a big passenger ship. In this time, Georgia helped a boy’s life. There is a boy looked like a Charlie. Georgia does not want to the boy get on the ship so she grabbed the boy’s hand and pulled him away. The boy tried to get away, but Georgia would not let go. Finally, the ship sailed away and Georgia and Charlie backed their time. An unbelievable thing happens on the next day! The ship sank!!! The boy is very lucky boy.

The characters of this book are polar bear, her two cubs and some wolves. Two cubs disappeared during the short time when a polar bear had taken her eyes off them. When the polar bear found her two cubs, her two cubs in danger!! Some wolves running after two cubs!!!

My favorite food

I have a sweet tooth. Especially I like chocolate. I like white chocolate best of all chocolate. White chocolate of Dars is very delicious. White chocolate of Alfort is very delicious too. I eat sweets before sleeping. This custom is my everyday pleasure. I like cheese other than chocolate. I like pizza, cheese cake, cookie of cheese and daifuku of cream cheese… When I eat curry, I put cheese in curry. When I eat omelette with rice, I put cheese in omelette with rice. When I eat tomato pasta, I put cheese in tomato pasta. The cheese matches any food. I love to eat. To eat fill me with happiness. To eat make me has a smile on my face. However, there is a one fault in to eat. To eat make me have gained a lot of weight! But, I never stop eating.

You can get cute “Tsum” depending on the result of the game. I just collected 12 of Tsum. I want to collect all Tsum. It is very cute! My favorite Tsum is Elsa the Snow Queen. MR-04 School of Rock

 I watched this movie for the first time. “School of Rock” is an American comedy film. “School of Rock” is very interesting. “School of Rock” made me happy. I laughed as I watched this movie. I could not help laughing. I was fascinated by Dewey and the story of this film. Jack Black is a marvelous actor. Jack Black acted the part of Dewey. Dewey is crazy! He told his student about rock as a class. He sang rock in front of the students as class. Dewey is very crazy!!! I do not usually listen to rock. I am not interested in that kind of music. However, School of Rock” is absolutely fascinating!!
 I was impressed by the talent of the students. They who played the part of students are bandsman of the genuine article. What wonderful students they are! Children are very cute! I like the story of this movie. The story of this movie is very easy to I understand because this movie’s story is simple. There is Dewey without an occupation. He wanted to work and told a lie and became a teacher. Dewey made friends with his students. One day, Dewey’s class will go for a contest. They practiced for the contest hard however it came to light that Dewey is an impostor teacher. He gives up on participating in the contest. However, his students go to meet Dewey the next day. This scene impressed me. Dewey’s class team,“School of Rock” was not able to win the championship at the contest however their team gained an encore. A useless human being(Dewey) got success. A story of this movie is an ordinary story. Therefore this movie is very interesting and this movie is very famous. this movie is loved by people all over the world. If I have free time, I want to watch School of Rock” again.

“Rocky” is a very famous movie. Everybody knows this movie but I have never seen this movie. I watched this movie for the first time. The scene where Rocky drinks some raw eggs is very impressed for me. I can not do it like him. I hate raw eggs. Sylvester Stallone acted the part of Rocky. Sylvester Stallone is a really great actor. In this movie, his body is well proportioned. Sylvester Stallone got himself into shape for the part of Rocky. I think the job of actor is a very hard job. The scene where Rocky beats beef in substitution for sandbag is very famous. I watched the scene for the first time this time. This scene told me that Rocky was a hard worker. Rocky makes an effort to beat the world champion. It is not a simple thing to make an effort. The result of the match was that, he lost against the world champion. However, his effort was not in vain. The match with the world champion gave him confidence. The match with the world champion is indeed proof of Rocky is not a good for nothing. The Philadelphia Museum of Art is very famous too. The Philadelphia Museum of Art is called “The Rocky Steps.” Rocky used the steps of The Philadelphia Museum of Art for his training. I want to go there someday. I like the scene where Rocky and Adrian embraced each other tightly after the match with the world champion. The scene where Rocky called the name of Adrian is
impressive. This scene is very romantic. Talia Shire acted the part of Adrian. Talia Shire is very beautiful. Talia Shire appeared on Rocky 2, Rocky 3 and Rocky 4. If I have free time, I want to watch Rocky 2, Rocky 3 and Rocky 4. Rocky is a very good movie. I like this movie. Tomei Joseph.

My favorite day "Takumasai"

Our art club sold hashimaki in cultural festival of KGU. Charles Waterman and his wife bought our hashimaki and he ate it! And he said “It’s very delicious!” I was very glad to hear that! Everyone brought hashimaki about 100 a day! I cooked hashimaki all day. It was very hard for me and I was very tired. I do not want to cook hashimaki. However, I did my best for the smile of the customer.

 When I had a break, I looked around other bazaars. There were agetako, crepe, a bowl of yakiniku, a frankfurter and wataame. I ate frankfurter and crepe. It was very delicious.

 The final day of cultural festival of KGU, we had a commendation ceremony. My art club won 3 prizes!!! First prize was a category of Micoshi. Second prize was a category of display. Final prize was a category of bazaar! I was glad!! I was the person in charge of bazaar so I was glad to hear that. When I knew that I won the prize of bazaar, I cried for joy. After that, we splashed pop water on each other! It was very fun however it was very cold. Next day, I caught cold. I spent wonderful day! I will not forget a school festival of this year.

When I was a junior high school student, I joined swimming team. So, I had a swimming meet once three months. The day before my swimming meet, I always felt the strain so I know feel of Molly. A school festival of KGU

A school festival of KGU will be held from October 31 through November 2. A school festival of LGU is called Takumasai. In Takumasai, my art club sells Hashimaki. Do you know Hashimaki? Hashimaki looks like Okonomiyaki. It is very delicious. I am very busy getting ready for my bazaar. I have to buy ingredients of Hashimaki. I have to buy a fire extinguishe for bazaar. My favorite movie is Studio Ghiburi. I like movies of Studio Ghiburi. There are a lot of movies of Studio Ghiburi. For example, Whisper Of The Heart, My Neighbor Totoro, Spirited Away, Nausica of the Valley of the Wind, Castle in the Sky, Grave of the fireflies, Princess Mononoke, Only Yesterday, Porco Rosso, Pom Poko, The Cat Returns, Howl’s Moving Castle, Tales from Earth sea and Ponyo. I watched all these movies. As for the movie of Studio ghibli, a background is very beautiful. A pig man appears in Porco Rosso. The name of a pig man is Potco Rosso. Magic depends on him. His true figure is a human being. The story of this movie are love, airplane and romances. Because all the movie of Studio Ghibli make me happy, I like Studio Ghibli.

I watched Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark for the first time. Indiana Jones is very cool! He is very sharp. A lot of snakes and spiders appeared in this movie. In the remains, many traps attacked Indiana Jones. They excited me. Indiana Jones said “I dislike snakes!” I dislike snakes too. I agree with him.

I like the scene at the bar of Indiana jones’s wife. When a man armed with a gun the bar, Indiana Jones appeared to help his girlfriend! That was very cool! Unexpected events occurred in rapid succession to him. However, Indiana Jones solved those difficulties. It is the interesting place of Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark. I have seen the newest movie of the series of Indiana Jones. An alien appears in the movie. Because there are impossible things (for example, an alien appears) happen that seem normal, I think that this movie is popular. The scene in the remains of Egypt excited me most. First, there were more than 1000 snakes in the remains. I wondered the method that a movie director collected snakes. Next, a lot of mummies appeared suddenly. It surprised me. Those mummies seem to be real. However, I have not looked at a genuine mummy. The remains of Egypt seem to be real too. I want to know how to make these remain. This is powerful. The series of Indiana Jones has 4 movies. There are Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Emma was in love with Dexter in that time however, they get along well as a close friend. They love each other, they value each other. But, they meet difficulty... Finaly, they were bound together by love! It is a story 23 years later since they talk for the first time. However, Emma was killed in a traffic accident... I was very shocked. However, Emma's death was not meaningless. Love of Emma made Dexter became a serious human being. This movie impressed me even if I see it how many times. I like this movie.

Daikanbo

Today, after my part time job I went to Daikanbo to watch starlit sky. I went to there with my friends of club. Mr. Tanaka drove his car to Daikanbo. Today, I worked at Sairo. It was very hard for me but a good thing happened after my part time job. Yano is a staff of Sairo took me to the dinner! We went to Joyfull. However, it began to rain. Yakiniku

Today, I went to Sairo with a member of part time job to eat dinner. Meat of there is very delicious. In Sairo, you can eat as much as you like for about 3,000 yen. We eat tongue of cow, peace of pig innards, a Vienna sausage, sirloin, bibinba, kuppa, and kimuchi. It was all delicious. Please go to Sairo if you want to eat yakiniku.

We ate until we became full. After that, we were not able to move because we ate a lot of yakiniku. I do not want to go yakiniku anyone for a while.

Kumamoto Chuo Driving School

In September 27th, I graduated from a Kumamoto Chuo Driving School. I entered there with my friend in February 15th. However, my friend graduated earlier than me. I was busy in a part time job and a school life so I was not able to often go there. The staff of Kumamoto Chuo Driving School are very kind. I want to tell them "Thank you very much for your kindness in teaching me." I like them. I want to meet them again.

Something special I did during this vacation

Something special I did during summer vacation is I went to Amakusa with my good friends. Amakusa is hometown of my friends so I stayed at my friend’s home in Amakusa. We went to there by car. It took 3 hours! Driver was very tired. After having arrived at Amakusa, we went to the Takahama sea. It was very beautiful. I have suntan marks on my back. After that, we went to hot spring. In there, we drank milk of bottle. In way back, we saw sunset. The sea of Amakusa turned red in sunset. It was very beautiful. When we went home, there were feast on the table. These dishes were cooked by mother of my friends. There were fried chicken, sashimi and potato salad. It was very delicious. I went to eat it again. I got a lot of memories from Amakusa. Amakusa is a wonderful place. I do not forget the memory that I spent with my good friends in Amakusa in summer vacation throughout my life.

Next vacation, I want to have Christmas party with my friends. I want to eat a cake and a chicken. In Christmas day of last year, I disguise myself with my friends. I put on Santa Claus costume. I had a lot of fun. In addition, I want to go to Hatsuhinode with my friends in Gantan. This year, I went to Kumamoto Castle to see Hatsuhinode but we could not see it because weather was cloudy. Valentine’s Day and Halloween

My favorite is Valentine’s Day. It is romantic! Valentine’s Day is February 14^th. But that’s for men only. So women give chocolate to men. However, in America, Valentine’s Day is for sweethearts. It is the day before All Saints Day. Children go from door to door, house to house, shouting, “Trick or Treat!” They collect candy, apples and other treats. They dress in scary costumes, tell ghost stories. And they cut faces into pumpkins and place candles inside. They are called jack-o-lanterns. Adults also go to Halloween parties in costume. It is really a lot of fun. It sounds like fun. I want to have Halloween in Japan!!

Baking a cake

Yesterday, I made a cake for myself. I like cake! First, I have to grease the cake pan. Then, I beat the butter and sugar until they are mixed well. Then I sift the flour. Next, I mix together the eggs, milk. cocoa, and flour into one bowl. And pour the butter into the pan, and put it in the oven. I bake it for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees. That was fun. Shopping style of Japan

Most Japanese people go grocery shopping every day. In Japanese, most markets are just a few minutes’ walk or bike ride from home. We go shopping on a bicycle. Things have been changing. Shopping is still mostly done by housewives. We don’t see many men shopping in supermarkets. Japanese people like to buy their meat and vegetables fresh every day. Meat, fish, and vegetables shops are everywhere, in every neighborhood. In America, they buy meat and fish and freeze them. Then, they defrost what they need. They have room to. But I don’t think we need such a big fridge. Fresh foods are healthier than frozen foods. But people in Japan are beginning to use bigger refrigerators now.

Sumo, Noh and Kabuki

Last night, I read about Sumo, Noh, and Kabuki. I really want to go to a tournament sometime. That would be fun. And I also want to go to see Kabuki sometime. Sumo is an ancient sport. It started as a ritual about thirteen thousand years ago. It was a dedication to the gods in hopes of a good harvest. During the Nara period in the eighth century, it became part of the Imperial ceremonies. There were held autumn. Then, during the Edo period, professional Sumo groups were organized. It became the national sport of Japan. The Sumo ring is called the dohyo. The ring is on a square atage that’s eighteen feet wide, and two feet high. A bout is won by forcing the opponent out of the inner circle. The Sumo wrestler can’t have any part of his body touch the ground. Except his feet, of course! If he does, he loses. There are 6 ground tournaments a year. Three of them are held in Tokyo. And there is one in Osaka, Nagoya, and Kyushu. Box seats are from twenty-eight thousand to forty-five thousand yen for four people. Regular seats are from thirty-one hundred to forty-seven hundred per person.

 Noh is a very old form of drama. The style of it is very symbolic. The stories are not acted out literally. It is more mythological. It is the only kind of drama in Japan that uses masks. Because you can not see the actor’s facial expressions, the emotions need to be expressed symbolic actions. It sounds interesting.

 Finality, first of all, Kabuki is only about four hundred years old. It has wonderful stage sets and costumes. There is live music, singing and dancing mixed in with the acting. Kabuki is like a Japanese musical. The most interesting thing sbout Kanuki is the Onnagata, also called Oyama. They are male actors who play female roles. Traditionally, females are not allowes to perform in Kabuki theatres. So there is special training for the Onnagata. They try to capture the essence of femininity through gestures and glances. Dramatic moments are highlighted by exaggerated poses, with the actors giving intense looks. This makes the actor look more dynamic. I want to go Kabuki stage.

In summer vacation

In summer vacation, I am going to Kyoto and Nara. It will be my twice time. I have been there when I was high school student. Kyoto is full of traditional Japanese culture. There’s a so much to see. There are the temples, shrines, and castles. There is all kinds of history. There are quite a few that you should see. For example, there is Kinkaku-ji. In English it means “Golden Pavilion.” I remember the first time I saw it. It looked like something out of a fairy tale. Kinkaku-ji was originally completed in 1397. It is three stories high, in a brilliant gold color. It is beautiful in any season. It sits elegantly by a large pond. It is so mystical. The third Shogun of the Ashikaga family had it built. The first two levels are based on traditional Japanese architecture. But gold top story shows the strong influence of the Chinese Zen School. The gold adds a luxurious touch the simple Buddhist style. The garden is huge. There are different things to see in it each season. That’s exactly what he tried to do. He built a beautiful home in the mountains, surrounded by nature. It is great shape for a six hundred-year-old temple. Actually, it is not the original. The Golden Pavilion today is a reproduction that was built in 1955. The original was deliberately burnt down by a priest in 1950. The priest probably thought such extravagance wasn’t appropriate for a temple.

Do you know Kiyomizu? Kiyomizu means “clear spring” in English. There is a huge wooden stage. It has a great view of the city and its surrounding hills. Its style is very walking paths in the area. And the whole area around the temple is famous for ceramics. It’s also famous for its cherry blossoms in the spring, and maple leaves in the fall. I can’t wait to go. I’m looking forward to seeing Nara, too. In the middle of the sight century, Emperor Shomu commissioned the building of the Big Buddaha. Naandaimon, the huge main gate, has two stories. It’s supports by eighteen pillars that are over sixty feet tall. The Daibutu-den, or ‘Big Buddaha Hall,” is surrounded by a pillared corridor. It’s the largest wooden structure in the world. It’s very huge. It’s about a handed andsixty feet high, a hundred and eighty-five feet long, and a hundred and sixty-five feet wide.

Do you know the novel “Adventure of Huckleberry Finn” by Mark Twain? I knew this novel by a class recently. This novel is very interesting. First published in the United Kingdom in December 1884 and in the United States in February 1885. The story of this novel is that Huck thinks of about racial discrimination. Huck makes friend with black slave, Jim. They become a close friend. I was impressed by the scene with this novel. Huck decided that he save caught Jim. Next sentence is at that scene.

Mohican fish is caught in the sea around the island. There is a king of Mohican fish in the lake. In this island, people eat coconuts dishes because They can get a lot of them. Traditional foods are coconuts curry and coconut milk. They use coconut shells as plates. Men and women wear a hemp cloth. Women cover them bust with the shells of coconut. There are many sexy girls. Camp tribeg has a head of a village and a Gods messenger. Camp tribe hold festival ones a month. They like dancing and singing. Tree tribe live in a big tree. They are good friends with Mohican birds. They are smart because they like reading books. The symbol of this country is coconut tree. Tree house is located to the East in this island. This story warm up our heart. Ona day, Jay was playing out side with her dog, Max. However, a tornado was comming. But, Max run away! Jay could not see where he whent. She was not able to look for him because it is noy safe out side. She worried about him very much. The tornado had ripped out some of the tree in her street. But, Jay could not find Max. She searched hor Max. However, They could not find him. She was depressed very much. It's too bad that they lost hi,. I wish ed they find him. It's dream has been realized! When they got home, Max was waiting for them!! I'm happy to read this book.

foreign dramas

My favorite foreign dramas are “revenge”, “The Mentalist”, “Lie to me” and “Nikita”. I watch foreign dramas beginning at 2:30 a.m. every Wednesday. I have begun to watch these dramas for two years. I look forward to watching these dramas every week.


The foreign dramas which I watched for the first time is “Lie to me”. Dr. Cal Light can read micro expressions of anyone. He makes use of this power and cooperates with crime solving. A lie does not work on him. Though he has splendid power, there are some problems with him. He is a sarcastic man. He angers other persons and reads the true feeling of other persons. The scenes were he solves a case are interesting. And I like the scenes where he shows he loves his daughter.


The drama which I like next is “The Mentalist”. This drama is U.S. audience rating No.1!! “The Mentalist” is a crime investigation mystery. Patrick Jane leads a case to the solution by his excellent power of observation. Simon Baker as Patrick Jane played water polo. He appeared in the “The Devil wears Prada”. I like him. Patrick Jane has sad past because his daughter and his wife were murdered. He is good at getting the truth out of the person concerned in the case. However, he falls into the dangerous scene because he does not carry a gun. He promised that he would retaliate for the
murderous fiend Red John who killed his daughter and his wife.


“Revenge” is a US suspense drama. A Girl named Amanda lived in an upper class residential area of Hampton. However, her life turns upside down because her father David was imprisoned on the false charge. It was the local millionaire Grayson family who entrapped him. Amanda spent her girlhood without her father and she was full of hatred. 10 years later, she grew up beautifully. And she changed the name to Emily Thorn and came back to Hampton for revenge. She is very bright and very beautiful. I watched the scene where she killed the person whom she hated the most. I cannot wait the next episode of this drama.


Recent foreign dramas are really well made. I love these foreign dramas.

Yesterday, I worked at Sairo all day.  At Sundays of Sairo is very very thriving. It was very hard for me. I walked and walked. The bells that guest call shop assistant were rang all the time.
